We advise employers and employees with respect to the adoption, structuring, compliance and execution of executive and employee benefit plans, including:

  • Preparation and filing of Probate Court forms, including accountings and inventories
  • Advising clients regarding federal estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax - compliance, including the preparation and review of Federal Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and Federal Gift Tax Returns (Form 709)
  • Advising clients regarding provisions of wills and trusts and their fiduciary duties
  • Structuring transactions with estates and trusts in an effort to minimize taxes and to facilitate family planning
  • Preparation of agreements among successors (i.e Section 912 Agreements)
